Welcome to Hotel Beach Bungalow. By accessing our website and utilizing our accommodation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Booking & Reservation

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid identification document (Aadhar, Voter ID, or Passport).
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and the specific rates applicable at the time of booking.

2. Tariff & Payment

  • Our daily residence rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% is applicable on all room tariffs.
  • Full payment or a designated deposit is required to confirm a booking during peak seasons or long weekends.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

To ensure a smooth transition for all our guests, we strictly adhere to the following timings:

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM (Noon).
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM.

Late check-outs after 11:00 AM are subject to room availability and may be charged at 50% of the daily rate until 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate thereafter.

Note: As the only hotel with a direct sea view in Bakkhali, we recommend early booking to secure your preferred suite.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or "No Shows": No refund will be provided.

5. Guest Conduct & Safety

  • Hotel Beach Bungalow maintains a peaceful heritage environment. Loud music or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and balconies.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Liability

While we provide secure premises and CCTV monitoring, the hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. We encourage guests to use the provided security measures for their valuables.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
